Our return policy offers a 30-day return period starting from the date the tracking information is sent. However, please note that return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer. Upon receipt of the returned item, any owed refunds will be promptly processed, typically within 14 days.

To be eligable for return:
- The product must be in its original condition and accompanied by the original packaging, as well as an outer box for protection during transit. Returns that do not include an outer box may be rejected and returned to the customer if they are damaged.
- We reserve the right to examine the condition of any returned product and make deductions if it shows signs of use, alteration, or damage to the product, its tags, box or seals.
- All shoes and accessories must be returned with their original packaging, including the box, tags, and any other materials that came with them. The packaging should not be damaged, altered, or used as the external shipping container.
- We will only process a return if the item is in a new and unused condition. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted. To ensure the item is in the proper condition, it should be stored in a clean and smoke-free environment and have all the original packaging and tags attached.
- You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
- Personalised, custom-made and products bought during a sale (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, New Years and Christmas sales)are non-returnable unless an error has been made by us.
- We cannot accept returns for special orders that have been specifically obtained for you as part of our private shopping services. This will be made clear to you before payment is processed and will be communicated to you in writing. Your response will be considered confirmation that you have read and accepted these terms.
- Products should be returned in the original packaging, with their respective brand tags still attached, and the item should show no signs of wear. Shoe boxes should be undamaged as they are also considered to be part of the product.
If you return items claiming they are defective, we will evaluate the returned goods and notify you of the refund through email within a reasonable timeframe. We will promptly process the refund and, in any case, within 30 days of confirming through email that you are eligible for a refund for defective goods.
Exchanges and refunds are offered to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases from prsnlplg.com However, customers that excessively return items may be refused at our sole discretion, and future orders may be rejected.
If a return is payable to you, we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of receipt of the original order back to us.
If you have not handled the products with reasonable care, we reserve the right to deny a refund and send the goods back to you at your own cost.
