Sacai x VaporWaffle 'Black Gum'

This time around the conceptual double-stacked design that combines elements of the Nike Vaporfly with the classic Pegasus from 1983 has been reimagined with a nylon base. Accenting details come in the form of matching midfoot Swooshes, suede and leather overlays, dual tongues and intertwined laces. Branding comes in the form of contrasting tongue tags, “NIKE/sacai” printed heel tabs, mini Swoosh marked heel loops and printed insoles. Elevating the shoe is a layered midsole unit marked by an aggressive lip at the heel paired with a classic gum rubber waffle outsole.
